The thermostatted column compartment Jetstream II plus offers to heat and to cool HPLC columns. This is possible through a microprocessor controlled management of Peltier elements. A stable column temperature enhances the reproducibility and is some applications it leads to an enormous separation resolution. Additionally time programmed temperature gradients in up to 99 steps are available to optimise the analytical method.
