Liner

All liners and quartz wool plugs are highly deactivated. Pack size is 5 pieces. For most recent liner 25-packs are available, too. Use viton o-rings or graphite sealing rings for sealing liners.

FocusLiner^TM

The simple but effective design of SGE’s FocusLiner^TM ensures that the needle tip penetrates the secured quartz wool plug wiping any residue liquid sample from the needle. The quartz wool is held in the correct position by means of two tapered sections in the liner. This results in improved reproducibility.

Liner O-Rings / sealing rings

Viton O-Rings can be used at temperatures up to 300°C. Graphite sealing rings can be used at temperatures above 250°C.
