Microlab-Script is a Windows (98/NT/ME/2000/XP) software package for easy generating and executing user-defined dilution and dispensing methods. There is no limit in the number of steps within a method or the number of methods itself.

The complete Microlab 500 series, PSD/2 and PSD/3 devices are supported. At least one device has to be connected with a RS-232 or USB-port of the PC. Several devices could be connected in a daisy chain to one computer.

The command set exists of:

• set position and speed of valves
• set syringe speed and resolution
• set pickup and dispense volume
• hold and resume execution
• read and write TTL values
• handprobe, TTL or user triggers
• method download into the device EEPROM
• delays, loops and messages

The software package includes:

• Script-Generator to generate methods just by a few mouse clicks
• Script-Interpreter to run one or several methods
• Demo videos for getting started
